I found myself having a hard time knowing what to do in a variety of situations, some big and some small and so I developed this worksheet for myself to help me move forward. Sometimes all we need is to take a moment and look at the situation from different perspectives. When we better understand what is really going on, both internally and externally, then we feel able to move forward in the right direction. I am sharing this worksheet with you in the hopes that it will help you discern what next steps you need to take.
